Bad Health Choices
It’s amazing what smart people are doing to there Health.
Think about it!
We smoke, We over eat, most of the time the wrong foods. We take drugs, We don’t stay active. And we use chemicals in our homes. We let stress get to us. And for some reason we think we will live forever doing these things.
Guess what we are giving ourselves? Lung Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes, this one can cost you your eyesight,or a limb. Asthma.
And killing ourselves with side effects from drugs that are suppose to help us. We tell our kids not to smoke are do drugs, or put there hands in chemicals but we do. So how smart do you feel now?
After all there is no one holding a gun to your head making you smoke. And I didn’t feel anyone twisting my arm at the grocery store when I was buying that junk food. And the prescription drugs comes from your doctor. Try to get Healthy and you will not need them.
There are so many reason why you need to get healthy.
Here are some questions you need to ask yourself. I hope you are never in one of these situation but if you are, Could you save yourself or your family?
If you were in a dangerous situation where you needed to run away could you? What if you where in a burning building and the only way out was to climb up 30 flights of stairs could you? Do you get tried easily? Are your muscles weak? How strong is your Heart?
Please think about these questions and make a change before it’s to late. Start your kids off right. They will follow your lead.
You can get yourself moving along with your kids. Go for a walk in the park with them, don’t sit on that bench get up and play. Make it fun! Even if you have to run around the yard. DO IT! Just get moving. You will feel that stress leave. And your kids will really love you playing with them. You can make eating vegetables fun. Let them grow one. That way you can teach them about the environment at the same time. “Start Acting Smart”.
